I was disabled in 1999 while working for AT&T Wireless services, drew long term disability at $1800.00 per mo.,was told by them that I would continue to receive it as long as considered disabled. After a year of it "they" decided I was no longer disabled, even though I was and was about to begin my ss disab. pymnts.of $500.per mo. I recently spoke with a benefits spec. and he sug.I get legal representation and get these benefits reinstated. I don't know where to start. Can you help me?
