New York Plans Code Overhaul for High-Rises

A major overhaul of the New York City codes that governs how high-rises will be protected from fire and structural damage to how they are evacuated. This article was posted in the New York Times on 2 August 2002. (The NYTimes usually removes the articles from the free portion of the their website after 30 days.)
